Chapter 4.1. Financially Vulnerable Adult
23-19-4.1-4. "Protective Agencies"

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "protective agencies" refers to both of the following:
(1) The adult protective services unit described in IC 12-10-3-1.
(2) The commissioner.
