Sec. 7.3. Beginning with students entering grade 6 in the 2023-2024 school year, each school corporation, charter school, and state accredited nonpublic school shall require each student of the school corporation, charter school, or state accredited nonpublic school to successfully complete in grade 6, 7, or 8 one (1) semester of a civics education course.
