480-19 Additional parties defendant.

§480-19 Additional parties defendant. Whenever it appears to the court before which any civil proceeding under this chapter is pending that the ends of justice require that other parties be brought before the court, the court may cause them to be made parties defendant and summoned, whether or not they reside, engage in business, or have an agent, in the circuit where the action is pending.
