§440E-19 Sham mixed martial arts contest; forfeiture of license. Any promoter who conducts, holds, gives, or participates in any sham or fake mixed martial arts contest, knowing the same to be a sham or fake, shall forfeit the license issued in accordance with this chapter, and the license shall be automatically terminated by the director. The promoter and any officers, partners, or members of the promoter shall not thereafter be entitled to receive and shall not be given another license. [L 2007, c 279, pt of §1]
