§440E-12 Failure to report receipts. Whenever any promoter holding a license to conduct, hold, or give mixed martial arts contests fails to timely submit a report of any contest or comply with the requirements of this chapter, or whenever the report is unsatisfactory to the director, the director at the licensee's expense, may examine or cause to be examined, the books and records of the promoter.
