27-14 Transfer of real property.

§27-14 Transfer of real property. No real property or improvements thereon belonging to the several counties and used in the performance of the functions and services covered in this part shall be required to be conveyed to the State; provided that any real property and improvements related and necessary to the performance of the duties covered in section 27-11 shall be reported to the next succeeding legislature by the appropriate department which shall include in the report thereof recommendations for the disposition of the real property and improvements.
