261-19 Exchange of violations information.

§261-19 Exchange of violations information. The department of transportation may report to the appropriate federal agencies and agencies of the states and territories of the United States all proceedings instituted charging violation of section 261-15, 263-9, or 263-11, and all penalties, of which it has knowledge, imposed upon airmen or the owners or operators of aircraft for violations of the laws of the State relating to aeronautics or for violations of the rules, regulations, or orders of the department. The department may receive reports of penalties and other data from agencies of the federal government, the states, and territories of the United States and, when necessary, enter into agreements with federal agencies and the agencies of such states and territories governing the delivering, receipt, exchange, and use of reports and data. The department may make the reports and data of the federal agencies, the agencies of the states and territories, and the courts of the State available, with or without request therefor, to any and all courts of the State, and to any officer of the State or of a municipality authorized pursuant to section 261-17 to enforce the aeronautics law.
