201. Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism
201-10 Reports.

§201-10 Reports. [(a)] The department of business, economic development, and tourism shall at least once a year, not later than February 15, file a report of its activities for the preceding year with the governor, and shall report to the legislature in every year in which it meets in regular session. The reports may include recommendations with reference to additional legislation or other action that may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this part.
[(b)] Upon the written request of the department, approved by the governor, any state or county agency engaged in activities relating to economic development shall supply to the department such reports on these activities as the department deems necessary to the effectuation of its functions.
