§ 34-1-6. Employer Obligation to Provide Time for Women to Express Breast Milk for Infant Child

History. Code 1981, § 34-1-6 , enacted by Ga. L. 1999, p. 464, § 2; Ga. L. 2020, p. 818, § 1-1/HB 1090.
The 2020 amendment, effective August 5, 2020, substituted “; provided, however, that such term shall not include” for “and shall include” near the end of subsection (a); designated the existing provisions of subsection (b) as paragraph (b)(1); rewrote paragraph (b)(1); and added paragraphs (b)(2) through (b)(4) and subsection (c).
