An insurer authorized to do business in this state that uses credit information to underwrite or rate risks, shall not:

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, deleted “current” preceding “credit information” in the first sentence of paragraph (7), subparagraph (7)(B), and in subparagraph (7)(C), and preceding “credit report” in the first sentence of subparagraph (7)(A).
