The 2020 amendment, effective July 22, 2020, substituted the present provisions of subsection (b) for the former provisions, which read: “Transportation of hemp from each licensee’s facilities to the permittee’s facilities shall be conducted in conformance with minimum standards to be promulgated by the department.”
The 2021 amendment, effective May 7, 2021, in subsection (c), substituted “disposes of a lot” for “destroys a crop” near the beginning and substituted “disposed of lot” for “destroyed crop” at the end.
The 2022 amendment, effective May 2, 2022, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, deleted “or under 7 U.S.C. Section 5940” preceding “or otherwise” in division (b)(1)(A)(i) and in subparagraph (b)(2)(A).
