Chapter 68 - Collective Bargaining for State Employees
Section 5-278b. - Limitation on terms of collective bargaining agreements.

On and after June 30, 2027, no agreement negotiated pursuant to the provisions of subsection (f) of section 5-278 shall be for a term of more than four years.
