§ 18-9-117. Unlawful Conduct on Public Property

(3) (a) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (3)(a) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Except as otherwise provided in subsections (3)(b) and (3)(c) of this section, any person who violates subsection (1) of this section is guilty of a petty offense.
