§ 18-9-114. Hindering Transportation

[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] A person commits a class 2 misdemeanor if he knowingly and without lawful authority forcibly stops and hinders the operation of any vehicle used in providing transportation services of any kind to the public or to any person, association, or corporation.
