§ 18-9-110. Public Buildings - Trespass, Interference - Penalty








(8) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (8) is effective March 1, 2022. ] (a) Any person who violates subsection (2) or (4) of this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
(b) Any person who violates subsection (1), (3), (5), or (6) of this section commits a petty offense.
