§ 26. Treasurer
The Treasurer of the District shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Supervisors, may appoint an Assistant Treasurer. When authorized by the Board of Supervisors, the Treasurer shall sign, make, or endorse in the name of the District all checks and orders for the payment of monies and pay out and disburse the same. The Treasurer shall be a nonvoting member of the Executive Board. (Amended 2017, No. M-1, § 1.)
