§ 1177. Maintenance of records by Secretary of Natural Resources
It shall be the sole responsibility of the Secretary of Natural Resources to keep and maintain all records, except records of warrants issued by the Commissioner of Finance and Management, in connection with and compiled as a result of sections 1175 and 1176 of this title. All departments or agencies of the State maintaining these records shall forthwith deliver the same to the Secretary of Natural Resources. (Amended 1959, No. 328 Adj.
