§ 1176. Certifications of sums due towns; warrants
On receipt of information from the State Treasurer under section 1175 of this title, the Secretary of Natural Resources shall certify to the Commissioner of Finance and Management the sums due under the terms of the compact payable by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut and the name of each person, partnership, corporation, or municipality to whom the sums are due.
