    Section 886.109. Voluntary Dissolution

    Sec. 886.109. VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION. A local mutual aid association may dissolve by vote of the majority of the members at:
    (1) a regular meeting called by the secretary; or
    (2) a special meeting called for the purpose of considering dissolution.
