Sec. 438.041. DEFINITION. In this subchapter:
(1) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 3.1639(80), eff. April 2, 2015.
(2) "Food handler" means a food service employee who works with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils, or food-contact surfaces.
