Subchapter E. Civil Commitment: Charges Pending
Article 46B.106. Civil Commitment Placement: No Finding of Violence


(1) a facility designated by the commission; or
(2) an outpatient treatment program.
(b) A facility or outpatient treatment program may not refuse to accept a placement ordered under this article on the grounds that criminal charges against the defendant are pending.
