34-26A-20. Removal and processing of residue.
Upon completion of the cremation, in so far as is possible, all of the recoverable residue of the cremation process shall be removed from the cremation chamber. In so far as possible, all residual of the cremation process shall be separated from anything other than bone fragments and then be processed so as to reduce them to an unidentifiable particle. Anything other than the particles shall be removed from the cremated residuals and shall be disposed of by the crematory authority.
