Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to interfere with or prevent the preparation, sale and distribution of poisons, poisoned grains or baits by the district leader in rodent control for the United States Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service, when the same are intended for use in the control of rodents, nor prevent the preparation or distribution of poisoned grain or bait by or under the supervision of the board of county commissioners of any county in the state, acting upon the advice and with the co-operation of a person engaged in rodent control work under the Fish and Wildlife Service of the United States Department of the Interior.
