Chapter 35 - Long Term Health Care Administrators
Section 40-35-50. Fees.

(A) Initial fees must be established by the board in regulation and shall serve as the basis for necessary adjustments in accordance with Chapter 1.
(B) Licensure application fees are nonrefundable.
