§ 5-2-3. Keeper of bowling alley, box ball alley, or billiard table defined.
The owner or occupant of the premises on which any bowling alley, box ball alley, or three (3) or more billiard tables are situated is deemed the keeper of that bowling alley, box ball alley, or (3) or more billiard tables, within the meaning of the provisions of this chapter.
