§ 5-2-2. Refusal of bowling alley, box ball alley, or billiard table keeper to comply with order of the city or town council.
The keeper of any bowling alley, box ball alley, or establishment with three (3) or more billiard tables who or that refuses or neglects to comply with an order or decree relating to it, which any city or town council is authorized to make, shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00).
