§ 31-5.1-12. Enforcement.
(a) The department shall enforce compliance with the provisions of this chapter. If the department deems that there has been a violation of this chapter, the department shall hold a show cause hearing for revocation or suspension of a license in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
(b) Any person regulated by this chapter shall have his or her license to operate in this state revoked or suspended upon a finding by the department of a failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
