§ 28-2-9. Employment of personnel — Assistance by other agencies.
The director of labor and training is authorized to appoint or employ any employees that may be necessary, and to use any agencies that may be available and appropriate, to aid him or her in carrying out the provisions of this chapter, and the director may delegate any and all of his or her powers and duties prescribed by the provisions of this chapter to the workforce development services division.
