§ 19-4-14. Appeal of orders — Enforcement.
(a) Any person or regulated institution aggrieved by a final order of the director, or the director’s designee, made under the authority of this title may appeal to the superior court pursuant to chapter 35 of title 42.
(b) The director, or the director’s designee, may apply to the superior court to enforce any administrative order issued.
