ยง 910. Choice of method of treatment. Whenever affected by the
requirements of this article, the school employee so affected, and, in
the case of a child, the parent of, or person in parental relation to,
such child, shall have the right to determine the form or manner of
treatment or remedial care to be prescribed or applied, but the
treatment or remedial care must be in accordance with and as allowed
under the provisions of article one hundred thirty-one of this chapter.
