1. Possession of any fish, shell-fish, crustacea or game, or parts
thereof, at a time when there is no open season anywhere in the state
for the species possessed, shall be presumptive evidence that it was
taken unlawfully.
2. Possession of any fish, shell-fish, crustacea, wildlife or
protected insect shall be presumptive evidence that it was taken by the
possessor.
