Whenever it appears probable that fish, wildlife or game, shellfish,
crustacea, protected insect, or parts thereof taken or possessed
contrary to the Fish and Wildlife Law are concealed, or that a net
possessed contrary thereto is concealed, any local criminal court having
criminal jurisdiction shall issue a search warrant for the discovery
thereof in accordance with the practice provided in article 690 of the
Criminal Procedure Law, as far as it is applicable.
