645 - Fair Treatment Standards for Crime Victims in the Courts.

ยง 645. Fair treatment standards for crime victims in the courts. The
chief administrator of the courts, in consultation with the commissioner
of the division of criminal justice services, the director of the office
of victim services and other appropriate officials, shall promulgate
standards for the treatment of the innocent victims of crime by the
unified court system. These standards shall conform to and be consistent
with the regulations promulgated pursuant to section six hundred forty
of this article.
