ยง 620. Service of papers in civil judicial proceedings upon a
prisoner. An officer to whom a paper in a civil judicial proceeding is
delivered, in compliance with the requirements for service of the paper
upon a prisoner in his custody, shall note thereon the date and time of
its receipt and forthwith deliver it to the prisoner. The officer is
liable to the prisoner for any damages resulting from a violation of
this section.
