ยง 47. Record of peacemakers. The peacemakers of each reservation
shall be furnished by the council of the nation, with a record book, in
which they shall cause an entry to be made by the clerk, of all matters
heard and determined by them. Each such entry shall state the names of
the parties to the action or proceeding, a brief statement of the
subject thereof, the finding and determination of the peacemakers in
reference thereto, the amount of the award, the amount of costs and to
whom allowed, the time within which the decision is to be complied with,
and the date of such decision.
