Article 29-CCC - Nonhospital Orders Not to Resuscitate
2994-BB - General Provisions.

(b) A nonhospital order not to resuscitate shall not constitute an
order to withhold or withdraw treatment other than cardiopulmonary
resuscitation.
2. A nonhospital order not to resuscitate may be issued during
hospitalization to take effect after hospitalization, or may be issued
for a person who is not a patient in, or a resident of, a hospital.
