ยง 221-a. Permits required. No person or persons shall conduct what is
commonly known as a company store or a labor camp for the purpose of
selling provisions or clothing or for providing board and/or lodging to
workmen in the employ of a contractor, subcontractor or other person
doing the whole or a part of the work contemplated by a contract awarded
by the state or a municipal corporation without a permit from the
industrial commissioner.
