ยง 198. Control of incarcerated individuals. If any incarcerated
individual shall wilfully disobey the rules of the home in such a way as
to be detrimental to the welfare of the other incarcerated individuals,
the commissioner may institute a proceeding in a court of competent
jurisdiction against such incarcerated individual for disorderly
conduct.
