In Nassau and Suffolk counties, all water purveyors, either public or
private, or a water authority, with ten thousand or more customers,
shall include water usage information along with customer bills. Such
usage information shall be specified in both gallons and cubic feet and
at a minimum include:
1. information on year to date usage;
2. a seasonal comparison; and
3. last year's usage for the same time period.
