11-1709 - Importation and Transportation of Certain Fish or Fish Eggs.


Notwithstanding any other provision of the Fish and Wildlife Law the
department may establish by order regulations governing the importation
from without the state or transportation within the state of any live
fish or viable eggs of any species of the family Salmonidae (trout,
salmon, whitefish and grayling).
