Section 77-1-8 - Repealed.

Repeals. — Laws 1979, ch. 194, § 9, repealed 77-1-7 and 77-1-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1959, ch. 176, §§ 5 and 6 respectively, relating to the disposition of dogs or cats bitten by rabid animals and the declaration of a quarantine against rabies within a health district.
