Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 269, § 22 repealed 61-30-23 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1990, ch. 75, § 23, providing for waiver of license requirements for 180 days after December 1, 1990 for certain applicants, effective June 18, 1993.
