Article 6 - District Courts
Section 34-6-14 - Judges; eleventh judicial district.

There shall be eight district judges in the eleventh judicial district.

The 2020 amendment, effective May 20, 2020, removed residency and office location requirements for district judges in the eleventh judicial district, and deleted "The judges of divisions one, three, four, six and eight shall reside and maintain their principal offices in San Juan county. The judges of divisions two, five and seven shall reside and maintain their principal offices in McKinley county.".
The 2006 amendment, effective July 1, 2006, increased the number of judges from seven to eight.
The 2005 amendment, effective July 1, 2005, increased the number of judges from six to seven and provided that the judge in division seven shall reside and maintain a principal office in McKinley county.
The 1995 amendment, effective January 1, 1996, increased the number of judges from four to six.
