Repeals. — Laws 1998 (1st S.S.), ch. 1, § 2 repealed 24-1-5.5 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1998 (1st S.S.), ch. 1, § 1, relating to a licensure moratorium for intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded, effective July 1, 2000.
