14A:15-3. Additional corporate filing fees. The State Treasurer shall also charge and collect for:
(1) filing an application to reserve a
specified corporate name and issuing
a certificate of reservation $50.00
if application is for the first name available for
corporate use among not more than
three specified names $50.00
(2) filing a notice of transfer of a
reserved corporate name $25.00
(3) filing an application by a foreign corporation
to register its corporate name $50.00
(4) filing an application by a foreign corporation
to renew the registration of its corporate name $50.00
(5) filing a statement of cancellation of shares $75.00
(6) filing a statement of reduction of
stated capital $75.00
(7) filing a certificate as to the acquisition of
the shares or a class of shares of
