Chapter 690A - Credit Insurance
NRS 690A.107 - Limitation on amount charged for consumer credit insurance.

The amount charged to a debtor for any consumer credit insurance must not exceed the amount of the premiums charged by the insurer as determined at the time that the contract was accepted by the debtor.
