Chapter 654 - Administrators of Facilities for Long-Term Care
NRS 654.200 - Acting as nursing facility administrator or administrator of residential facility for groups without license prohibited; penalty.

Any person who acts in the capacity of a nursing facility administrator or an administrator of a residential facility for groups without a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
