Chapter 654 - Administrators of Facilities for Long-Term Care
NRS 654.050 - Creation; membership.

The Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care Administrators, consisting of the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services or the Director’s designee and six members appointed by the Governor, is hereby created within the Department of Health and Human Services.
