Chapter 512 - Inspection and Safety of Mines
NRS 512.008 - "Unwarrantable failure of an operator to comply" defined.

"Unwarrantable failure of an operator to comply" means the failure of an operator to prevent the occurrence of or to abate a violation of a health or safety standard or regulation adopted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter due to indifference, lack of diligence or lack of reasonable care.
