Chapter 512 - Inspection and Safety of Mines
NRS 512.003 - "Accident" defined.

"Accident" means any unplanned event which caused or could have caused death or bodily injury or which endangered or could have endangered human life and includes any mine fire, mine explosion, mine ignition, unplanned initiation of explosives, entrapment or falls of ground or inundation by water, dust or gas.
